The reason for the groove in the brake disc
Jun 09,2025
Caused by uneven force of the brake sub-pump
Only the front or only the rear brake discs have grooves, which are caused by driving habits and the frequent uneven distribution of front and rear brake forces. If only one brake disc has grooves, the others are normal. This situation is generally caused by materials or external forces. The reasons are as follows.:
1.A foreign body is sandwiched between the brake disc and the brake pad, which happens to be caused by the brake of the big foot at this time.;
2.Caused by uneven force of the brake sub-pump;
3.The manufacturing process of this brake pad is defective, which causes the mixed materials to be uneven, causing the brake pads to be hard or there are larger metal particles in the brake pads.;
